Olivier was born from a simple but demanding belief: that the best food comes from the best care. Our grove in Slovenian Istria is home to 135 mature, 30-year-old olive trees — and growing.
Every bottle traces back to a specific tree, a specific season, a specific decision made in the field. We don't use synthetic fertilisers or pesticides. We don't cut corners. We grow slowly, press early, and bottle with pride.
